How we do it?
We help individuals and teams inquire on disruptive beliefs and limiting narratives as they represent the main source of lack of mindfulness, radically affecting their overall personal-corporate performance and results.
We use The Work of Byron Katie and the Curflexion approach to help individual clients or teams to question their negative perceptions Each session creates a deep and engaging learning experience, leaving the client or teams with a clear mind and full awareness.
ONE ON ONE
Any of our Coaches will gladly help you through your personal and/or professional growth. We understand the importance of your journey and we are passionate about helping individuals excel in their lives.
We offer 60 minutes One on One sessions for personal or professional development. Allow the following as examples of themes that we can address: life purpose, career, self-limitations, obstacles, passions, fears, stress, executive coaching, to mention a few. Go to our PROGRAMS section to find established themes workshops that might be of your interest and/or need in your current journey.
We can meet in person at your office, home or best place option that works for you, as well as Skype or Zoom from anywhere around the world.
Our individual session rate is $100USD per hour.
EXECUTIVE TEAMS--SMALL BUSINESSES--leaders
We offer workshops with a specific theme at an Introductory and Advanced level. Any established theme from our Mindful Tools and Clarity (MTC) Program or custome prepared theme for your organizational issue can be given in 2.5 hours (Introductory level) or 5 hours (Advanced & Specialized level). One Coach can present to up to 15 people. Larger groups will require more Coaches. Introductory level workshops rate at $900USD. Advanced & Specialized workshops rate at $1,800USD. Travel fees not included, we can also gladly set workshops via Zoom to avoid extra expenses if workshop needs to be outside of the St. Louis County-City Area.
